Industry: Ženský pohled na filmový průmysl v německy mluvících zemích

Das Filmfest spolu s Audiovizuálním centrem Vás zvou na industry program zaměřený na postavení žen ve filmovém průmyslu v německy mluvících zemích.

Ženský pohled na filmový průmysl v německy mluvících zemích je program, kde se o své poznatky o současném prostředí a výzvách, kterým čelí ženy ve filmu v Německu, Rakousku a Švýcarsku, podělí: Heleen Gerritsen (umělecká ředitelka Festivalu středoevropského a východoevropského filmu goEast), Marija Milovanovic (vedoucí sekce hraných a dokumentárních filmů na festivalu Vienna Shorts a členka výběrové komise Berlinale Generation), Nicole Biermaier (vedoucí švýcarské distribuce ve First Hand Films) a Fiona Ziegler (švýcarská režisérka a scenáristka).

Poté bude následovat společná diskuze o možných krocích ke zlepšování podmínek pro ženy ve filmovém průmyslu. Diskuzi bude moderovat Julie Marková Žáčková, producentka a spoluzakladatelka pražské pobočky mezinárodní sítě Girls in Film.

Na tento program pak naváže prezentace filmových projektů, které jsou součástí mezinárodního workshopu PITCH_IT, který je určen pro začínající filmaře z Chorvatska, Česka, Německa, Maďarska, Srbska a Slovenska. Programu se zúčastní také dramaturgyně Cornelia Hermann, která v minulosti spolupracovala mimo jiné s Wimem Wendersem či Tomem Tykwerem.

Pořádá Audiovizuální centrum a Das FilmFest ve spolupráci s Kinem Kavalírka. Provoz Audiovizuálního centra je podpořen Ministerstvem kultury ČR.

 

Industry program Das FilmFestu pokračuje také v pátek 18. října v prostorách Goethe-Institutu v Praze, kde se zaměří na téma Green Filming: Udržitelná filmová produkce v České republice a Německu. Více informací o pátečním programu naleznete na stránkách festivalu. 

Das Filmfest and the Audiovisual Centre invite you to an industry programme on the situation of women in the film industry in German-speaking countries.

Female Gaze on the Film Industry in German-speaking Countries is a program where participants will share their insights on the current landscape and challenges facing women in film industry in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Guest speakers:

Heleen Gerritsen - artistic director of the goEast - Festival of Central and Eastern European Film

Marija Milovanovic  - head of the fiction and documentary section at Vienna Shorts and member of the Berlinale Generation selection committee

Nicole Biermaier - head of Swiss distribution at First Hand Films

Fiona Ziegler - Swiss director and screenwriter

Afterwards, there will be a panel discussion on possible steps to improve the environment for women in the film industry. The discussion will be moderated by Julie Marková Žáčková, producer and co-founder of the Prague branch of the international network Girls in Film.

This programme will be followed by a presentation of film projects that are part of the international workshop PITCH_IT, which is designed for emerging filmmakers from Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia. Cornelia Hermann, a dramaturge who has worked in the past with Wim Wenders and Tom Tykwer, will also take part in the programme.
